Refund policy

All KB Bullion copper bars are handmade to order and individually serialised. As bespoke, custom-manufactured goods, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3, paragraph (b)).

We do not accept returns unless:

• The item arrives damaged in transit
• The item received is not as described

In either case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Each bar carries a unique serial number recorded at the time of sale as part of our Bar Registry, confirming authenticity and ownership history.
